Stasia Johnson Steinhagen, MA, CCLP, CCH is a certified classical homeopath and herbalist, certified coach, and educator. Stasia graduated from the four-year training program at Northwestern Academy of Homeopathy (NAH) and has been practicing integrated holistic health care for over eight years. She is an adjunct faculty member at St. Catherine University in the Master's of Holistic Health Studies teaching research, and is a guest lecturer at NAH. Alongside her colleagues from University of Minnesota and St. Catherine University, Stasia is a published, peer-reviewed researcher studying complementary/alternative health care use and practice.
In daily practice as a homeopath, herbalist, health and life coach, Stasia specializes in complex constitutional cases, family care, individuals with gifted and special needs, and acute care. Stasia practices alongside NAH in St. Louis Park at the Minnesota Center for Homeopathy. Stasia received her Masters in Holistic Health Studies (MAHHS) from the St. Catherine University’s School of Health with a concentration in herbology. Her master's research resulted in the production of a model for teaching nutrition education to youth athletes.
Certified in 1991 (CCLP), Stasia has been a professional coach for over 25 years, helping individuals and groups identify their current values, missions, and goals and increase their capacity for listening to self and others. As an educator, she teaches in content areas ranging from homeopathy, whole foods nutrition, research, integrative and complementary/alternative health care, to advanced classes in coaching and powerful listening.
Stasia has worked in both the for-profit and non-profit sectors in health care administration and advocacy, education, technology, training and development, and the arts. She has led executive and peer coaching programs, strategic planning retreats, and facilitated leadership, organizational and board development work. Stasia is a member of both the Minnesota Homeopathic Association, Minnesota Coaches Association, and the Academy of Integrative Health & Medicine.
